Superbly remastered from the original Virgin analogue masters by the original engineer Simon Heyworth.

2nd disc of classic, live 1973 Gong mixed by Venux Deluxe

The original vinyl release was on Virgin Records May 1973 - This is the first release on CD of the original vinyl LP mixes, and the first time since the Virgin vinyl issues that the musicians can expect to receive royalties on their music.

No release of Flying Teapot has come remotely close to sounding as good as this since the original Virgin vinyl pressings. The musicians were delightedly shocked at Simon's re-mastering. Includes previously un-released bonus tracks from the Universal/Virgin tape archives. The second disc is mastered from Gong soundman/Switch Doctor, Venux Deluxe's original, stereo desk recording. You will never have heard this concert like this before.
